Garlic Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
​1 Head of Cauliflower
​6 Cloves of Garlic
​1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese
​1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
​2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
​Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

1. Steam cauliflower and garlic for 10 minutes or till cauliflower is tender.
​2. Drain.
3. Cool by dumping cold water and drain.
4. Puree cauliflower and garlic in food processor.
​5. Add cream cheese, onion powder, butter, sharp cheddar cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
