1. In large skillet heat Olive Oil
2. When heated add meat and cook till browned; be careful as oil will splatter 3. Add vegetables to browned meat and toss for 5 minutes 4. Add Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and Mustard and stir 5. Sauté until cooked to your taste. About 5-8 minutes over medium heat to be al dante. *This can be served over rice if you would like. |
