Yogurt Covered Strawberries
1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed
graham crackers
Line a large plastic container with parchment paper and set aside.
Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl. Dip strawberries in the yogurt and set in the plastic container. Allow to freeze slightly, about 30 minutes, and remove from freezer.
Either by hand or using a food processor, crumble the graham crackers and place in a shallow dish or bowl. Roll to coat the strawberries in crumbled graham crackers and return to plastic container. Place in freezer for at least another 30 minutes before serving.
